Keter Torah has been a very special part of Rivki’s life for the past seven years. She first joined the KTYD staff as a Youth Leader for the 3-4 year old youth group. She soon became the Assistant Youth Director, a position she filled for two years, and is currently beginning her third year as Youth Director.
Rivki graduated from Touro College with a B.S. in Communication Disorders and received her masters in Speech Language Pathology from Kean University. For the past two years, she has worked as a speech therapist in the George Washington School in Hackensack, NJ where she works with learning disabled and emotionally disturbed children. She finds her work there challenging, but feels an overwhelming sense of satisfaction when seeing the look on a child’s face, as he or she comprehends what is being taught.
What Rivki enjoys most about working with the Keter Torah kids is watching them mature and grow in a warm and nurturing environment. Her hope is to help each and every one of them reach their fullest potential as devoted members of Klal Yisrael, who spread the light of torah throughout the world.
Rivki looks forward to sharing many more wonderful years with the Keter Torah family.
