{     Meeting Tuesday & Thursday, from 8:50am to noon, Torah in the AM provides an opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds to participate in shiurim and Chavruta study.  

 

Keter Torah News

{     The Keter Torah Purim Chagiga, featuring Jonathan Rimberg & The Nafshenu Orchestra, will take place this Thursday following the 7:55pm Megillah reading.

{     Women and girls, ages ten and up, are invited to a new weekly Tehillim Chaburah on Tuesdays from 9:00-9:30pm, at the home of Gabi Altman, 727 Dearborn Street, Teaneck.

{     We are planning to publish a Keter Torah Youth Haggadah. For more information or to submit a Dvar Torah on the Haggadah, contact Rabbi Leibtag at aleibtag@gmai.com by March 31.

ATARA News           

{     Packing of Mishloach Manot will take place this Sunday at 3:00pm at the shul. Anyone able to volunteer is encouraged to do so.

{     Dorothy Raul, mother of Malka Abrahams & Esther Friedman, will speak at a shiur for women next Shabbat, March 22, at 5:30pm. Refreshments will be sponsored by Malka & David Abrahams, Orah & Aaron Greenberg, Esther & Jerry Friedman, and Chana & David Zelefsk.

{     Simcha dancing classes for women with Judy Davidovitz will take place on Tuesdays, March 25 and April 1, from 8:00pm-9:00pm, at Keter Torah. RSVP to adlers@optonline.net or gilaelbaum@yahoo.com.

Youth News

{     The annual community-wide ice skating event for children in grades 3-8, benefiting the Koby Mandell Foundation and the Roi Klien Park Fund, will take place this Motzei Shabbat from 8:45pm-10:15pm at the Ice House in Hackensack. No reservations required.

{     Hurry up, there is no time to “spare.” Can you guess what this year’s Purim theme will be? Join us for Megillah reading and you shall see. Youth program for children 3 years old through fourth grade will coincide with the Megillah reading in the Beit Knesset on Thursday night.

 

Community News            

{     She'arit HaPlate of Bergen County’s post-Purim collection of leftover mishloach manot, to be distributed to people in need, will take on Sunday, March 23, from 7:00am-11:00am. The food must be in its original packaging with kosher certification visible, and may be dropped off at the shul.
