{     Meeting Tuesday & Thursday, from 8:50am to noon at Keter Torah, Torah in the AM provides an opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds to participate in shiurim and individual Chavruta study.

{     Keter Torah is hosting an event this Sunday. Parking spaces will be available for Mincha / Ma’ariv. So that those attending Minyan can easily access the lot, we will be issuing parking passes. Please stop by the shul office or e-mail howard@ketertorah.org to obtain a pass.

{     This Sunday at 8:00pm, at Beth Abraham, Rav Mayer Twersky will speak about “How Much is Too Much? Work/Life Balance in Today's Technologically Driven Environment.” At 8:45pm, Rav Hershel Schachter will speak about “How Open Is Too Open? Halachic Guidelines for Internet Use.” There will be a Q&A session following Rav Schachter's shiur.

{     On Saturday, December 15, at 8:45pm, Rabbi Abraham Israel, the director and founder of Hazon Yeshaya, an organization that supplies over 14,000 hot meals a day throughout Israel and that offers a variety of vocational programs, will speak at the home of Sima & Daniel Weingarten, 615 Winthrop Road, Teaneck.

{     On Monday, December 17, at 7:00pm, the Teaneck Council of The Jewish National Fund of America will honor Buzzy & Phyllis Green as 2007 recipients of the “Circle of Excellence” award. For further information, contact Esther Levie at 201-907-0954.

{     This year, the Teaneck Shuls fundraiser is raising money for Beit Kobi, a charity that supplies for soldiers who are without families in Israel. To donate, contact Shari Lindenbaum at 201-833-1950.
